Meet the Team
Anthony Lupo is a partner at Arent Fox and member of the executive committee. He primarily focuses in three areas: entertainment (representing clients such as Discovery Channel, Pixar and Oprah Winfrey Network), fashion (Lacoste, Diesel, Hugo Boss, and Escada), and advertising/data protection (PlayStation and Google). As such, he co-chairs the Intellectual Property practice and chairs the Fashion, Luxury Goods & Retail group.
Matthew Mills practices in the areas of advertising and marketing, consumer finance, e-commerce, data security and privacy, and intellectual property with particular experience in media and entertainment, financial services, fashion, and consumer products.
Eva Pulliam practices in the areas of advertising and marketing, intellectual property, e-commerce, and privacy.
As a member of the advertising team, Eva reviews advertising materials and advises clients on federal and state laws, including unfair and deceptive trade practices regulations enforced by the Federal Trade Commission. Eva also has experience drafting and reviewing promotion rules for contests and sweepstakes, as well as assisting clients with prize fulfillment documents and other aspects of client promotions.
Amy is an associate in the Intellectual Property Group. She works on a wide range of intellectual property matters, including trademark, copyright, right of publicity, and domain name disputes. Amy regularly assists clients with selecting, clearing, registering, and enforcing trademarks both domestically and abroad, and she manages the trademark portfolios of several large clients. She runs robust Internet watch programs for multiple clients, policing the Internet for infringing domain names and websites, and negotiating settlements with infringers.
Lourdes M. Turrecha is an associate attorney in Arent Fox’s San Francisco office. Her practice is focused on privacy, data security, advertising, and intellectual property. Lourdes is experienced in helping organizations develop their privacy and data security programs and is knowledgeable in international (e.g. GDPR, EU-US Privacy Shield), federal (e.g. HIPAA, GLBA, COPPA), state, and local privacy laws; industry standards (e.g. PCI DSS); and privacy and security frameworks (e.g. NIST, GAPP, ISO, FedRamp).
Thorne Maginnis is an associate in Arent Fox’s regulatory department.

Before joining Arent Fox, Thorne was with the firm as a summer associate in 2013. Before that, he was a law clerk at the Civil Division of the US Department of Justice. Prior to law school, he spent two years as a legislative aide to a member of the US House of Representatives, handling a variety of domestic policy issues.
